• Generation Charge (WESM)
Decreased to ₱2.7394/kWh from ₱3.3581/kWh (₱0.6187/kWh decrease).

• Reinvestment Fund for Sustainable CAPEX, Taxes, Subsidies & Universal Charges
Decreased to ₱1.3408/kWh from ₱1.3564/kWh (₱0.0156/kWh decrease).

• Distribution, Supply & Metering (DSM) Charge
Remains unchanged at ₱1.464/kWh since 2011.

Uniform Lifeline Subsidy Rate (LSR) – A nationwide subsidy charge of Php 0.01/kWh, collected from subsidizing electricity end-users to fund the Lifeline Rate discounts for qualified marginalized consumers, pursuant to ERC Resolution No. 02, Series of 2026, effective starting March 2026 billing period.

We encourage everyone to continue practicing energy efficiency and wise electricity consumption to help manage monthly electric bills, especially with the approaching summer season when electricity demand and prices typically increase.

Thank you very much for your continued trust and support. 🙏⚡
